Dear Valued Merchant,
We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting GHS Dynamic and Static Virtual Account (VAN) creation for Pay With Bank Transfer (PWBT).
During this time, merchants may be unable to create new Dynamic or Static Virtual Accounts using the First Bank GHS PWBT service. Existing Virtual Accounts that have already been created are not impacted.
Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
