Maintenance Schedule
Date: Thursday, September 10, 2026 Time Window: 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM (WAT) Expected Service Interruption: Approximately 20 minutes within this window
During the estimated 20-minute downtime window, you may experience intermittent service interruptions across the following areas:
1. Flutterwave for Business (F4B) Dashboard Login & Access: You will be temporarily unable to log in to the dashboard, manage sub-accounts, reset passwords, or perform profile/KYC verifications. Reporting & Balance Checks: Access to real-time transaction reports, analytics, and wallet balance views may be temporarily unavailable.
2. Collections & Payment Checkout Payment Processing: Card checkout and some payment methods requiring session authentication may experience temporary failures or delays. Mobile Money: Certain regional Mobile Money payment collections may be intermittently delayed.
3. Transfers & Payouts Payout Processing: Both manual dashboard payouts and automated bulk transfers/payouts across local bank rails and Mobile Money channels may be delayed or fail during this window.
4. APIs, Webhooks & Integrations API Requests: Custom API calls and webhooks requiring authentication tokens may return temporary errors (401 Unauthorized or 503 Service Unavailable).
Recommended Actions Plan Ahead: Please schedule any critical batch payouts, mass settlements, or major end-of-day reconciliations outside the maintenance window.
