Dear Valued Merchant,

We are currently investigating an issue causing delays in receiving login verification codes (OTPs) via email. In the meantime, you can receive your OTP via SMS or WhatsApp to log in without delay. Please select either SMS or WhatsApp on the verification screen to receive your code. We apologise for the inconvenience and will share an update once email delivery is fully restored
