Our infrastructure partner will be carrying out an emergency maintenance on Monday 06 September 2021 from 07:00 am to 11:00 am (duration: 4 hours), UTC. The following services will be affected:
- Payout to Nigeria Bank Accounts - Collection via the USSD payment method
There will be a short disruption to service during the maintenance window, but we expect most transactions to be processed successfully. Any failed transaction can be retried post maintenance. In addition, pending transactions will be queued and processed post maintenance.
We will share an update once the maintenance has been completed.
We regret the inconvenience caused by this interruption, and we thank you for your understanding while we work to improve our services.
