Update
Payouts in NGN, GHS, KES, UGX, ZMW, RWF, TZS, GBP, USD and EUR have been restored, alongside merchant settlements, mobile money payments and key account features. However, payouts in MWK, EGP, XOF, XAF and ZAR, stablecoin balance visibility, airtime and bill payments remain affected as recovery continues.

Here is our latest progress as services return. Payouts are confirmed working in NGN, GHS, UGX, ZMW, RWF, TZS, GBP and EUR, Mobile money payments, Account features: Balance visibility (excluding stablecoins), balance history, statement generation, transaction status checks, bank lists, low-balance notifications These services are not yet available: USD payouts, KES, MWK, EGP, XOF, XAF and ZAR payouts are still being restored and checked, Airtime and bill payments remain temporarily unavailable, Stablecoin balance visibility.

Outbound NGN payouts, including transfers from your dashboard, are back online and processing normally, so you can safely resume NGN transfers. Outbound payouts remain temporarily paused in GHS, KES, UGX, ZMW, RWF, TZS, MWK, EGP, XOF, XAF, USD, GBP and EUR while we complete scheduled updates, and we are restoring them one at a time. Please avoid repeatedly retrying failed transfers in these currencies, as this could create duplicate payout attempts once they reopen.
Payment acceptance is unaffected across all payment methods, and your account balances are secure.
You may notice a delay in seeing recent balance history while it updates. We will share another update as more currencies are restored.
