We will be carrying out an emergency maintenance scheduled to take place on the 19th of November, 2021.

Scope: Flutterwave for Business (dashboard login, collection, payout, chargeback and refund management)

Impact: Collection and Payout transactions will still process successfully but with intermittent timeout. Please retry the transaction at a later time if a failure response is returned on initial attempt.

We will provide status updates once the maintenance activity is completed.
